President

Elaine is the President of Precision Employment and is a resource to municipalities and businesses by providing them with outsourced Human Resources support. Elaine is well versed in all functions of HR including employee relations, policy development, performance management, benefit administration, and legal compliance. She received her Title VII/IX Workplace Investigator Certification, through T9 Mastered, which certifies her to complete workplace investigations and combat legal liability in civil court. She holds the Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a certified Paralegal through the Colorado State University. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, with minors in Public Relations and Marketing, from the Metropolitan State University. Elaine has presented on multiple HR topics including policy compliance, HR best practices, benefit administration, multi-generational workforce planning, and management training. Elaine is endorsed as an expert witness in the employment law/HR field and has experience drafting reports and providing testimony in federal and state court, on behalf of employers. Elaine is on the Board of Directors for It’s A Calling Foundation and volunteers with numerous agencies throughout the state, including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. In her spare time, Elaine enjoys traveling, cooking, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors.

Human Resources Manager

Jenny is an HR Manager at Precision Employment and is well-versed in a wide range of Human Resources functions, including performance management, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and streamlining policies and procedures. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University, with minors in Project Management and Organizational Development. She possesses extensive HR operational experience across local, national, and international contexts, including both onshore and offshore environments. Jenny currently serves as President of Mountain View Music and Arts, a nonprofit organization supporting Mountain View High School. She has also volunteered with the Thompson School District, Moms and Mutts of Colorado, and her local Humane Society. In her free time, Jenny enjoys gardening, hiking, camping, tackling home improvement projects, and spending quality time with her family.

HR Manager 

Naiely Miranda is an HR Manager and provides support for clients on various functions of Human Resources including performance management, training and workplace investigations. Naiely is bilingual in English and Spanish and can support clients and their employees fluently in both languages. Naiely recieved a Master’s Degree of Science in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Denver, with an emphasis in Management and Development. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Metropolitan State University in Corporate Social Responsibility. Naiely also has an Employment Relations Certificate from the University of Denver, as well as her Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification. During her free time, Naiely enjoys spending time with her family, paddle boarding, and exploring Denver’s delicious food scene.

HR Assistant 

Becky owns a virtual assistant business and provides operational and administrative support to Precision Employment. Becky handles general administrive functions from invoicing and compiling spreadsheets to researching and revising forms for clients. She has been with Precision since 2019 and enjoys supporting the team and great clients. In her spare time, Becky loves being outside and spending time with her family.
